The services are triaged by “On-Site Coordinators” or remote clinical staff and conducted by State-Licensed physicians or NPs, Psychiatrists and Psychotherapists who are assisted by nurses and pharmacists.
Comprehensive Medication Reviews
Our State-licensed pharmacists are available to provide in-depth reviews of patients’ medications to help them arrive at meaningful decisions about effectiveness, cost and adherence. Patients today have many questions about their medications and often their primary care physicians do not have the time to sort through a long and complicated list of meds to get to the patients’ questions.
Our pharmacists assist the practice’s physicians by performing the screening and discovery with the patients about all things involving their medications.
